Hi to all,
We would like to announce that we will conduct our Skin
Prevalence study for the First and Second quarters of this year. Please see the
details
March 15, 2022 (First quarter prevalence study)
April 26, 2022 (Second quarter prevalence study)
For the March Prevalence, we would like to inform you
that the new Fecal management system from BARD (replacing convatec flexiseal)
in cooperation with the Education Department requested at least 20
minutes in the morning to do a product in-service to the SWAT nurses. We will provide clinical laddeer poinst for this in-service.
We request all SWAT nurses to meet in a designated
classroom for that day.
Room: Hope Conference A
Time: 0700-0720
We will also have 2 SWAT classes for this year, May, and
August 2022. The class for May will give CEU hours to the SWAT nurses.
The next skin prevalence study will be in September and
October 2022.
Thank you for all your help. We always appreciate your
cooperation in working with us to prevent and monitor pressure injury in
our patient population.
