Welcome to another exciting year of pressure injury prevention, wound care treatments and ostomy management for the wonderful members of the SWAT team.

Proposed projects for this year:

1) conversion of our ostomy products to Hollister

2) Regional Wound Symposium

Ongoing projects:

1) reduction of HAPI in each units

2) consistent SWAT membership and participation

3) other educational opportunities for the SWAT team

Thank you all for helping us achieve zero or HAPI reduction in our facility
